Our History

The Davison Group was originally formed by Terry Davison in 1979 to provide a range of services aimed at the plastics processing and textile extrusion coating industries. The Group was highly successful in a number of Joint Ventures developing finished products and concept lines in West Africa, North America, Australia and the UK.

Niko Coatings Ltd is a Primary UK manufacturer of DENSBAK, a versatile range of heavy layer acoustic insulation and carpet backing.

The company has continued to grow and developed a proven core competence in specialist extrusions and coatings. During the following three decades our state of the art production facilities have benefited from significant investment and constantly evolved to meet changing market needs.
